Inquiries, deposit, public announcement, lost and found, pushchair, and wheel chair services are available at the first-floor lobby.

The NMP is a no-smoking facility. There are also simple first-aid kits, breastfeeding (lactation) rooms, and accessible toilets (restrooms) in the museum.

No pets or dangerous objects are allowed in the museum.

Please dress neatly and tidily and always maintain a social distance in the museum to maintain visit quality.

No eating, drinking, cackling, spitting, or littering is allowed in the museum.

Do not use a tripod or flash when taking photos.
