Free pushchair service is available at the Information Counter of the first-floor lobby. Visitors requiring a pushchair can contact the counter.

There are also breastfeeding (lactation) rooms on the first floor for feeding babies and changing diapers.

Each accessible toilet (restroom) on each floor is equipped with a diaper changing board for public use.

Free wheelchair service is available at the Information Counter of the first-floor lobby. Visitors requiring a wheelchair can contact the counter. There are accessible elevators and accessible ramps in the museum to facilitate the visitor of physically challenged persons. There are also accessible toilets (restrooms) on the first floor, fourth floor, and the Children’s Hall on the second floor for public use.

The Museum of Archaeology, Tainan Branch of NMP is a one-story underground and four-story aboveground building. The recommended travel routes are as follows:

Buy tickets at the Information Counter on the first-floor lobby and enter from the entrance→ Take the escalator to the roof Taiwan High Speed Rail platform according to the travel route-turn left to Exhibition Hall 1 “5,000 Years of STSP”→ Along the hallway continue with the Exhibition Hall 2 “Prehistoric Life”→ Exhibition Hall 3 “Scientific Archaeology”→ Children’s Hall→ Museum’s Secret Chamber→ Special Exhibition.

The parking garage is shared by the Museum of Archaeology, Tainan Branch of NMP and Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP). The entrance is located at Nanke 3rd Road (Administrative Area Parking Garage).

Free parking (for coaches) is also available at the parking site at the corner of Huandong Road Section 2 and Siraya Boulevard.

The NMP provides personalized guide tour services. Visitors can rent an audio guide to visit and listen to the guide for any interested artifacts at their own pace from the Information Center at the first-floor lobby. The rental fee for each audio guide is NT$50. Please leave a photo ID to rent an audit guide. The photo ID will be returned to you when you return the audio guide.

The NMP provides guide tour service in four sessions: 9:30, 10:30, 14:30, and 15:30. The NMP will hold the booking up to 10 minutes. A booking, if be late than 10 minutes, will be cancelled.

No extra fee will be charged for the guide tour service.

Each group of 20 or more members can book the guide tour service. Please book a group guide tour by phone 3-7 days in advance.
